Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from El Safwa Resort.

All published rates are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation is confirmed.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Guests must present a valid government-issued identification upon check-in.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pets are allowed only if explicitly approved by El Safwa Resort prior to arrival.

Parties, commercial events, or unauthorized gatherings are prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained by El Safwa Resort prior to arrival.

8. Housekeeping & Services

Housekeeping services are provided according to the reservation package.

Maintenance requests will be handled as promptly as reasonably possible.

Certain services may be subject to additional charges.

9. Liability

While El Safwa Resort takes reasonable measures to ensure guest safety and comfort, the Resort shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Injuries resulting from misuse of facilities.
  • Delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables throughout their stay.

All content available on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of El Safwa Resort or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Additional Terms

Reservations & Payment

El Safwa Resort reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not been fully paid or for which the required security deposit has not been received within the specified period. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bank transaction fees or transfer charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation policies apply according to the reservation type (refundable, non-refundable, promotional offers), as outlined in the attached policy schedule.

Legal Liability

El Safwa Resort shall not be liable for injuries resulting from ignoring safety instructions or misuse of facilities. The Resort is not responsible for covering any medical or treatment expenses.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances, El Safwa Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations without liability. Refunds, if there are any, will be subject to management discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of Cairo courts, Arab Republic of Egypt.

Property Rules

El Safwa Resort reserves the right to access the accommodation unit for maintenance or inspection purposes, when necessary, with prior notice to the guest. Units may not be used for unlawful purposes such as gambling or unauthorized commercial activities.

Privacy

El Safwa Resort may use guest data for internal marketing purposes, with the guests retaining the right to opt out upon request.
