The hospitality was simply wonderful - we arrived in the middle of the night and the host at the reception swiftly guided us through check-in and made sure someone was on hand to help carry our luggage and take us to the apartment. With a toddler on our arm, it was a relief to be able to go to bed so quickly after arriving. The next day, we went to grab a coffee at the little shop opposite the reception counter and on the way we met Ahmed, a member of the sales staff who proceeded to help translate our order, took us on a tour of the resort and its facilities and arranged a baby cot for our little boy. He also walked with us through the area around the resort, to help us get our bearings (where we could get breakfast? where we the local supermarket was? what the best place was to grab a quick bite? ...Etc.). Over the course of our stay he'd regularly check in via WhatsApp to hear if everything was still to our liking or if we needed anything. Great service!

No one is allowed entry without being accompanied by a security guard. The staff are very, very helpful. There is a small café that caters to your needs for hot drinks and desserts. As for meals, they are prepared according to the guest's request and delivered to any location you specify. The chalets are equipped with a kitchen and utensils for those who wish to cook. My reservation was for three days, paid for and non-refundable. Due to flight booking issues and a delay to the second day, I contacted them and they changed my reservation to my arrival date at no extra charge. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for this beautiful resort.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for families; we traveled as grandparents, children, and grandchildren, and having a living room and kitchen enhances the experience. The pool is real and not just decorated as it seemed in the photos :) We enjoyed it a lot, as well as the spa and the play area. It's located in New Cairo, about 25-35 minutes by car from the main tourist areas, but it's worth it if you're traveling with children to have this oasis after a day in bustling Cairo. Next to the hotel, within walking distance, there are supermarkets, cafes, and a large, modern dining area. Special mention to Alaa Mattar who helped us a lot with recommendations, taxis and transfers, always with a smile.

Greenary all around the entire look of the place with the swimming pool in the centre the christmas decoration the small store for essentials within the resort it was a home away from home kitchen was fully equipped we got 3 bhk room instead of single 1 BHK *Seli, it I liked the quote and the amazing view of this place. Also, the feeling of being safe and comfortable in the apartment All the services were good and the reception were always nice and available to fulfill your needs.

Al Safwa Resort is one of the most wonderful places in Cairo, with stunning natural scenery, excellent service, and incredibly polite staff.

The exterior of the garden features beautiful trees and a large swimming pool along the resort's length. The location is next to a shopping center, restaurants, and a supermarket.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a fully equipped dining room and kitchen.

The location is excellent, making it ideal for exhibition attendees. It's also very close to hotels and supermarkets.

The Resort is so beautiful, but similar rooms to the one I stayed in needs major improvements.

This place was fantastic!

The place was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The place itself was very comfortable and spacious. Lots of facilities within the place for both adults and kids. Definitely 10 out of 10! It was very secure with special entry codes given upon check in. Big bonus was that a huge mall was so close by with lots of restaurants and a very big supermarket.

Very friendly staff all al round us. My fav part is definitely the location. The build n itself the environs, the proximity to the malls and many places to eat and shop. Overall loved it. Would definitely stay again.
